News Update $25,000 taco $12 Blanket Diverts Flight

Hope you are all having a good week. Happy Friday! Who’s ready for the weekend? I’m spending the weekend in Chicago celebrating a friends birthday. Before I go, I wanted to share some of the stories I read this morning. As you know, I read a lot of blog posts and news articles and highlight a few of them several times a week. You Can Buy the World’s Most Expensive Taco for $25,000 – Here is another excess luxury item for you. This time it’s in the form of a taco. Feel free to add on the tequila for $150,000 for a well rounded meal.

Hawaii Flight Diverts Over a $12 Blanket – I guess someone really didn’t want to buy the airline blanket on a flight from Las Vegas. Its unfortunate the other passengers had to wait so long and they had to waste so much fuel.

Hilton Honors Full Point Awards At 60 Hotels February 28 & March 8, 2017 (Before And After Award Changes) – I was curious how the new system would work out in practice. When I’ve searched myself, I didn’t notice much of a change. It is interesting to see all the ones that had increased cost. Fortunately there are some ones that offered great savings.
