Priority Club Points Break – New List Out Now!

Priority Club Points Break 2

Priority Club Rewards has just released its Preview list of Points Breaks Hotels available for booking for just 5,000 points per night through August 31. The Preview List was posted by Carolyn, the Priority Club Connect Community Manager.

With Priority Club PointBreaks, Reward Nights can be booked for only 5,000 points per night. Check the Priority Club Points Break  Landing Page for updates later today (according to the blog release).

Priority Club PointBreaks are reduced-level award redemptions at Intercontinental Hotel Group hotels (Intercontinental, Crowne Plaza, Indigo, Holiday Inn, etc.) that require onlty 5,000 Priority Club points for a free night. The list changes every two months. Depending on the hotel at which you redeem, 5,000 points can be a super value, especially for Intercontinental properties which normally require between 30,000-50,000 points.  Intercontinental Hotels in the south are located in Atlanta, Tampa, Miami (2), New Orleans, Dallas, Austin, and Washington, D.C.  None of these appear on the list this time, but one never knows! Often some of the destinations can be a little obscure, but the value is there if it happens to be a place where you are traveling.

Offer and participating hotels are subject to change at any time, valid for booking through August 31, 2013. Reward night terms and conditions apply.

REMINDERS:

  • If you find something that fits your travel plans, book as soon as possible. Often the number of discounted rooms are limited.
  • Make separate bookings for each night of your stay. It is easier to book one room a night than for multiple nights in some cases.

So, if you are planning a trip to the South, here is your list of participating Points Breaks hotels. If you would like a quick link to the entire list, you can find it at Loyalty Lobby here.

I happen to like the Intercontinental Hotel Group hotels quite a bit. It’s nice to be recognized for Platinum status even at a Holiday Inn Express!  The real value, however, is saving those points for redemption at Intercontinentals around the world.  For our upcoming trip to Malta, we will be staying at the Intercontinental St. Julian’s. Having been in touch with the Assistant to the General Manager, as well as the Director of Sales and Marketing who is quite the history buff, I am sure this will be a wonderful experience!

Have you ever redeemed points for an Intercontinental stay?

Yes, Loyalty Lobby has the entire list. I’ve tried to focus mainly on the offerings in the South. I’ll add a link to his site at the bottom of the post. Thanks.
