Play the Chase and Win
While traveling this week in Scandinavia, I checked my email last night and discovered that I received an email about a new game from Hyatt Gold Passport in conjunction with their New Possibilities Promotion. This appears to be a targeted promotion. Did you receive one?
In this game you have to follow a red headed woman who travels to various Hyatt properties and carries three mysterious trunks with her from city to city.
The email reads like this:
“Drop the work, it’s time to play!
We’re giving away millions of Hyatt Gold Passport bonus points, free nights, elite tier status and more. Your mission – chase three antique trunks around the world and experience how quickly your Hyatt Gold Passport points add up with our latest promotion.
Play The Chase now, because everyone is a winner!”

According to FlyerTalk members prizes have ranged from 10-15% off room rates, 250 points, suite upgrades, or an entry into the sweepstakes are among the prizes offered. One of the top prizes, howerver, is five nights at any Hyatt property in the world!
At the first go, I was left with one suitcase. I had a choice as to whether to open it or play again. I played again and ended up with the three cases (having ‘corrected’ my answers).
My choices included…the 10% off coupon or a Suite Upgrade (i.e. 6000 points equivalent) and an entry to the sweepstakes. I chose the suite upgrade for a guaranteed 6000 points. (I’m quite pleased with that!)
Even though this may be targeted, go to the Contest Landing Page and type in your Hyatt Passport Number to see if you qualify to play.

Thanks for the alert but I didn’t get an email from Hyatt. I’ll try registering & see if I qualify.
