Act Quickly! RueLaLa Changes Terms and Conditions

When I first shared RueLaLa’s increased sign up bonus those who signed up with a referral link had until August 25 to spend their $25.00 credit. RueLaLa reserved the right to change the parameters of the promotion – and that is just what they did.

I received an email today which said that they have changed the terms so that referrals must be made by August 1.  The referred new member must then use their $25 Rue La La account credit by August 5, 2014. Any referrer should then receive their $25 referral credit within 24 hours from when the new member’s order ships and will have until December 31,2014, to use that credit.

So if you signed up and have not used your credit, you may want to pop into RueLaLa and see if anything strikes your fancy. Luckily, one reader who signed up used her bonus immediately, managing to purchase some baby clothes essentially for free.

The new Terms and Conditions are as follows:

Your friend or family member must use their $25 Rue La La Account Credit (the “Account Credit”) by 11:59pm ET on 8/5/14 in order for you to be eligible to receive a $25 Account Credit. Please note, the end date for this promotion has been changed to 8/5/14. If eligible, you’ll receive a $25 Account Credit within 24 hours from when your friend or family member’s first order ships. The Account Credit you receive must be used by 12/31/14, after which time any unused Account Credit will automatically expire. You can earn a maximum of 4 Account Credits from this promotion (for a maximum Account Credit total of $100). Account Credits cannot be used for prior purchases or combined with any other discounts or promotions. By participating in this promotion, you represent and warrant that you know the friend or family member you invite to participate and that the email addresses you provide are valid. Rue La La may revoke any Account Credit that it believes is the result of misuse or fraudulent activity. Rue La La reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion and/or to prohibit your participation for any reason at any time in our sole discretion, without notice. Note: I, personally did not even receive the notification email until 10:30pm July 31st. This was not very timely nor professional on the part of RueLaLa in my opinion.
