His message never gets old &#8230;.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/first2board.com\/carolinatravelgirl\/files\/2013\/10\/Captain-Denny-e1381948845357.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-1063\" alt=\"Captain Denny\" src=\"http:\/\/first2board.com\/carolinatravelgirl\/files\/2013\/10\/Captain-Denny-e1381948845357-192x300.jpg\" width=\"192\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"http:\/\/first2board.com\/carolinatravelgirl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/53\/\/sites\/53\/2013\/10\/Captain-Denny-e1381948845357-192x300.jpg 192w, http:\/\/first2board.com\/carolinatravelgirl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/53\/\/sites\/53\/2013\/10\/Captain-Denny-e1381948845357-560x871.jpg 560w, http:\/\/first2board.com\/carolinatravelgirl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/53\/\/sites\/53\/2013\/10\/Captain-Denny-e1381948845357-160x249.jpg 160w, http:\/\/first2board.com\/carolinatravelgirl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/53\/\/sites\/53\/2013\/10\/Captain-Denny-e1381948845357.jpg 578w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 192px) 100vw, 192px\" \/><\/a>Captain Denny, as he is fondly called, is without a doubt one of the most genuine, giving, and caring individuals that I have had the pleasure of meeting.\u00a0 He goes above and beyond in helping to make the flying experience a stellar one for his passengers.\u00a0To quote him \u201cEvery day I work from my heart and choose my attitude.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>His flight day begins with a crew brief which he believes is a great opportunity to connect with the crew. He puts his hand to his heart and thanks them for the great job they do taking care of the customers. He reminds them that they spend more time with our customers than any other airline employee group. He believes that flight attendants are rarely thanked enough for the great job that they do, and feels it is a small, but important thing, to be reminded by the Captain how much he appreciates what they do.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_1060\" style=\"width: 235px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"http:\/\/first2board.com\/carolinatravelgirl\/files\/2013\/10\/2-Captain-Denny-and-Simbah-in-Chicago-102812.jpg\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1060\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1060\" alt=\"Break Time\" src=\"http:\/\/first2board.com\/carolinatravelgirl\/files\/2013\/10\/2-Captain-Denny-and-Simbah-in-Chicago-102812-225x300.jpg\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"http:\/\/first2board.com\/carolinatravelgirl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/53\/\/sites\/53\/2013\/10\/2-Captain-Denny-and-Simbah-in-Chicago-102812-225x300.jpg 225w, http:\/\/first2board.com\/carolinatravelgirl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/53\/\/sites\/53\/2013\/10\/2-Captain-Denny-and-Simbah-in-Chicago-102812-260x346.jpg 260w, http:\/\/first2board.com\/carolinatravelgirl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/53\/\/sites\/53\/2013\/10\/2-Captain-Denny-and-Simbah-in-Chicago-102812-160x213.jpg 160w, http:\/\/first2board.com\/carolinatravelgirl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/53\/\/sites\/53\/2013\/10\/2-Captain-Denny-and-Simbah-in-Chicago-102812.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-1060\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Break Time<\/p><\/div>\n<p>If there are pets traveling in the cargo hold, Captain Denny will personally visit the hold to check on the pets, snapping a picture which he then shares with the pet\u2019s owner.\u00a0 He has been known to actually take pets out of their carriers for a little stroll around the tires of the jet in order to have a potty break if there is a flight delay. Whenever he can, he will enlist the most disgruntled passengers to help thereby helping to improve their mood as well.
