12,500+ miles for New Chase Mortgage

If you are in the market for a new home, Chase is offering a min of 12,500 Southwest Airline miles or a min of 12,500 United miles.   To apply, you MUST call the number on the offer. I am actually in the process of getting a new place but since I applied through a branch and outside the time frame, I did not qualify. Here is a breakdown of airline miles awarded:

Mortgage up to 249,999=12,500  miles
Mortgage 250,000-500,000=25,000 miles
Mortgage 500,001+  = 50,000 miles

Plus for SWA if you submit your application between 2/21/13 and 4/21/13, you can get 2,500 bonus RR points.

Wellsfargo is also offering 1,000 American Airline miles for every $10,000 financed on a new loan, refinance, or home equity loans. Again, you must use the call center and cannot be through a branch.

FYI I was able to use a money order for my escrow and option fee so there is a way to make points for this as well.

Before applying for home loans, make sure to make sure you have good credit!
