From now until Feb 28, 2014, register here, stay at any Hilton property, pay with your Citi® Hilton HHonors™ Visa® card(excludes the Citi HHonors Reserve Card) and receive a 2,500 bonus. This is for each stay and this is in addition to the points you already earn with your Citicard.
There is no limit to the amount of bonus points you can earn but they do not count toward tier qualification. The T&Cs say to wait six to eight weeks from completion of your stay for bonus points to appear in your HHonors account.
I know many of you have already jumped ship after the devaluation but for those of you who are still Hilton loyal and have the Citi co-branded card, then don’t forget to register because every point counts!
Update: Per Glen in the comments, it is better to just use the Citi HHonors Reserve Card because it gives more points per dollar and you will just forgo the bonus.

You’ve got your exclusions mixed up. The Surpass Card is an Amex and thus doesn’t come from Citi at all. So of course its excluded. The important exclusion is the Citi Hilton HHonors Reserve card, e.g. the one with the fee. The bonus is only valid for holders of the no annual fee Citi Hilton HHonors card. Which doesn’t earn at the same rate as the Reserve on Hilton stays. In the end you DO NOT want to use the NAF if you have the Reserve EVEN WITH the bonus. You’ll do better just using the Reserve, even without the bonus. Please fix.
