Here are some reminders to sign up for certain credit card promotions

American Express Platinum

In January you can switch your airline of choice for your $200 airline incidental credit here. If you would like to keep the same airline as last year, then you don’t need to do anything. The airlines choices include Alaska, American, Delta, Frontier, Hawaiian, JetBlue, Spirit, Southwest, United, US Airways. Many have reported success in getting gift cards reimbursed for various airlines.

Discover Card

Log in to register for this quarter’s bonus which is 5% cash back at restaurants and movies. Purchases must be made from 1/1/14 to 3/31/14 and max purchase is $1,500 for the quarter.

I also noticed on the front page of the website that they are offering double cash back on all purchases up to $500 from Jan 1-Jan 31 after you register.

Chase Freedom

Register to earn 5% cash back at gas stations, movie theaters, and Starbucks from 1/1/14-3/31/14. Max purchase is $1,500 for the quarter.
