If you have multiple cards and the offer shows up on different cards, take Dan’s Deals tip and open up multiple browsers for each card and accept the offer. If you accept the offer for one card and try to switch cards in the same browser, the offer will disappear.
Please note that this is for online purchases only and it will work if you purchase $100 or $200 Visa Physical Gift Cards. This does not work for e-giftcards.
