Amazon Payments was a good run. People were able to transfer 1,000 monthly with a credit card fee free to anyone they wanted who also had it and they could do it from the comfort of their own home. Many also had multiple accounts they could use, but unfortunately, this free miles generator will come to an end Oct 13, 2014. So you technically still have 2 more months to take advantage of this. Amazon Payments will be missed but I can’t say it won’t be forgotten.
Plink was a lesser known medium to earn cash back. You could get points just by using your credit card at select merchants and you could use these points to redeem for certain gift cards. The Frequent Miler has some good posts of how he took advantage of it. Well due to their lack of funding, they abruptly ended Sept 11, 2014. It was definitely a creative way to earn some cash back but now its gone with a Plink of an eye.
