I received an email stating that I was targeted to receive double Rapid Reward points for booking and flying from Sept 18, 2018 to Nov 20, 2014 after registration.
This means that booking and flying on a Business Select Fare will earn 12 bonus points (24 in total) per dollar, Anytime Fares will earn 10 bonus points (20 in total) per dollar, and Wanna Get Away Fares will earn 6 bonus points (12 in total) per dollar .
There is a list of T&Cs though:
- Only the Rapid Rewards Member who received this e-mail/offer from Southwest Airlines is eligible for this promotion
- Registration must be completed prior to commencement of travel and valid only on new reservations booked within the promotional time period
- Southwest Airlines operated flights booked through AirTran Airways are not eligible for promotion
- Bonus points will not count toward A-List, A-List Preferred, or Companion Pass qualification
So look out for an email from Southwest Airlines to see if you were targeted.
