1) Register each of your American Express credit cards here
2) Spend at least $25 at one of the New York Participating restaurants until 3/6/15 using your registered card.(Purchases must be made in the restaurant and not online but you can purchase a gift card and it will count towards this offer.
3) A $5 statement credit will be posted to your account within 90 days according to the T&Cs (They usually post sooner than this)
