The cities include Houston, Miami\/Ft. Lauderdale, Minneapolis\/St. Paul, Philadelphia, and Sacremento.<\/p>\n<p>The promotion is that you must <a href=\"https:\/\/freeads.americanexpress.com\/offer?extlink=va-us-mer-shopsmallaugust\" target=\"_blank\">register you American Express credit card<\/a>\u00a0between Aug 1-31, spend at least $5 at designated small businesses between Aug 1-31, and get a $5 statement credit up to 3x per card.<\/p>\n<p>Registration is limited so make sure to do this asap. Authorized users can also register for this promotion so the more cards the better. The statement credit will be posted 90 days after Aug 31, 2014 and the credit may be reversed if purchase is returned or canceled.<\/p>\n<p>In Houston there are thousands of service, restaurant, and shopping stores I could visit.
