75k Bonus on Amex Business Gold - Today Only
Just in case you haven’t seen it on any of the other blogs or message boards, I thought I should make you aware of an American Express offer that is far better than normal. For today only (2/29), American Express is offering 75,000 bonus Membership Rewards points if you are approved for the Business Rewards Gold Card. Although there have been several targeted 50k bonus offers recently, the standard sign-up for this card does not come with any bonus points. To get this 75k offer, you must go to the page that I have linked to. I do not get any sort of commission for this offer and it doesn’t matter if you use my link or someone else’s, but make sure that the proper offer is showing when you get to the page.

This offer does come with a pretty steep minimum spend requirement of $10,000 in the first 120 days, so make sure you are going to be able to meet that spend before applying. Although this is a business card, you may still be able to apply using your social security number if you don’t have your own business. B Be aware, however, that if you do not get an instant approval and need to call the reconsideration line, you will have to answer questions about the business financials. The annual fee for this card is $175, but that is waived for the first year. Bonus categories of 3x points on airfare and 2x points on advertising, gas, and shipping make this a great card for those people who have high spend in those areas. If you don’t, this may be a card that you only keep until the annual fee comes due.
The most important thing to note with this offer is that it is good for TODAY ONLY. As always, if you apply, make sure to take screen shots of the offer and throughout the process. Even though this is an offer showing directly on the American Express page, you want to be prepared in case your bonus does not post correctly. If you can meet the minimum spend for this offer, I would highly recommend that you apply today. This is the highest offer I have ever seen for this card and if I hadn’t just applied for the card last month, I would be getting one today.
