Wander the World Travel Services is not a travel agency and we are not professional travel agents. Instead, we offer our services as consultants to you, our clients, with your best interests in mind. We will help you with the planning and booking of your trip, but we do not receive any kickbacks or commissions from the hotels, airlines, or other companies that we recommend.

We will use our knowledge and expertise in the travel industry to assist with your travel planning and booking. In return, we ask that you please understand that the fees that you pay for our consulting services are specifically for the planning and booking which we provide. Once the planning or booking process is complete, if you decide to change or cancel your trip, we can not be expected to return any fees paid. In addition, we will require a new agreement with a separate set of fees if you would like us to plan a different trip for you.

Wander the World Travel Services will not be held liable for changes or other issues that are out of our control. This includes, but is not limited to, changes made by airlines, hotels, transportation companies, or tour operators. In the event that a change to your vacation plans is made and it is unacceptable to you, we will do our best to work with you and the providers in question to come up with favorable solution to the problem.

Under no circumstances will we be held responsible for any charges or damages claimed beyond the fees paid to us by our clients for the trip in question.
