I Ran TwitterAudit on Bloggers

I thought it would fun to run an experiment and see which blogger has the most fake followers.  Anyone care to guess the winner (or is it loser)?

And congrats to Gary for half his followers being fake.  I am sure it is completely unintentional.

  1. Some of that data is four years old. Even then it’s based on extrapolating from a sample of no more than 5000 followers. So we have no idea what % of followers are real for most of those bloggers

  2. Great post. Not a shocker that MMS, TPG, VFTW, and Mommy Scam are so full of fakes.

  3. So, what do I win? 🙂

  4. I’m surprised Renes Points has any legit followers.

    • I thought he was going to have the most fake followers. Although, I am not surprised that Gary has the most.
