So let me take a moment to discuss\u00a0what I love about Fulfilled by Amazon. \u00a0When you have the right product listed with FBA it sells quick. \u00a0Like same day quick.<\/p>\n<p>The last two items I sold on FBA were\u00a0a <a href=\"http:\/\/milespointsreselling.com\/2015\/09\/13\/reselling-ipad-mini-3-ps4-bundle-and-mycharge\/\">PS4 Arkham Knight Bundle <\/a>and an <a href=\"http:\/\/milespointsreselling.com\/2015\/09\/16\/100-off-ipad-air-2-at-target\/\">iPad Air 2 64 GB<\/a>. \u00a0It took about a week to send each to their respective FBA warehouses and fortunately no additional rerouting was necessary. \u00a0 Both became available for purchase pretty quickly after checking in at the warehouse. \u00a0Both also sold within a matter of hours. \u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>I purchased the PS4 for $322.19. \u00a0The item sold for $422.50. \u00a0Unfortunately, the fees were pretty darn high for this item. \u00a0The fees came out to $45.29 and it cost me $7.91 to ship. \u00a0My total costs for the transaction were\u00a0$53.20. \u00a0That sucked up 53% of my profit. \u00a0Ouch. \u00a0I wish I knew why the Amazon fee was so high. \u00a0So, although the PS4 sells for more than the MSRP of $399 I am unlikely to do that again given the fees.<\/p>\n<p>The iPad I purchased for $423.13. \u00a0I took advantage of a sale at Target for $100 off and combined that with a registry discount (15%) and the RedCard discount (5%). Again, it took a week for Amazon to receive the iPad. \u00a0The iPad was checked in yesterday\u00a0morning at 10:00 AM. \u00a0It sold 5.5 hours later for $448.99. \u00a0The Amazon fee was $33.93 and my shipping cost was $5.72. \u00a0That is a profit of $86.21. \u00a0Not to shabby!<\/p>\n<p>For now, I think I will be sticking with iPads. \u00a0I have had great luck selling them and I like the profit margins.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In my last post I complained a little about the slowness of getting things to Amazon.
