After visiting Plaza Uruguaya<\/a>, I ventured towards downtown Asuncion where I noticed that there was a plethora of parks. Paraguayan people love public spaces such as parks for relaxation and to chat with friends. In addition, many locals love to sip on their terere between downtime.<\/p>\n

I stumbled upon a public park called Juan E O\u2019Leary in Asuncion where there was an Expoferia Artesanal (Handicraft market).<\/p>\n

There were a lot of local vendors selling artesanal handicrafts to tourists. The only problem was that there aren\u2019t many tourists that come to Asuncion, Paraguay, so it was relatively empty.<\/p>\n
