I was given a comp voucher for the Hilton Narita Airport Hotel because Cathay Pacific Left Me Stranded in Tokyo for 24 Hours<\/a> due to a misconnect (not necessarily a bad thing). In addition to the comp hotel voucher,\u00a0dinner (that night) and breakfast was also provided at the hotel.<\/p>\n

From the arrivals hall, I took a free hotel airport shuttle bus from Tokyo\u2019s Narita International Airport (NRT) to the Hilton Narita Hotel.<\/p>\n

I presented the front desk agent my Cathay Pacific hotel voucher and he said that they were already expecting me. I had the agent add my Hilton HHonors Gold number in hopes for a complimentary upgrade, benefits, points, and a stay credit (none of which happened). He updated the information on his computer and had me sign for my room.<\/p>\n

The standard room was small and consisted of a TV, desk, chair with ottoman, and a King sized bed.<\/p>\n

The bathroom was small as well, and had a single basin sink and a shower\/bathtub combo.<\/p>\n

The hotel does provide a complimentary shuttle to Narita airport and Narita town (and vice versa). Even though dinner and breakfast (both offered at Terrace restaurant) was provided, I was not physically present to partake. I would definitely NOT stay at this hotel if you intend to venture into Tokyo because you have to take the hotel shuttle back to the airport where it will take another hour to get into Tokyo city-center.<\/p>\n
