It was quite simple mentioning my Booking reference number and the agent on the phone told me that I would be notified by a third party company.<\/p>\n<p>A day before scheduled departure to the airport, I received a phone call from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.empirecls.com\" target=\"_blank\">Empire CLS<\/a> which is a third party company who provides Chauffeured Hospitality services. Note that the driver works for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.empirecls.com\" target=\"_blank\">Empire CLS<\/a> and not Etihad Airways.
