The El Centro Ponce part of Puerto Rico is very barren. Think of this as your local swap meet where you can bargain with street vendors. In addition, the shopping strip is surrounded by inexpensive shopkeepers.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/first2board.com\/pointssummary\/files\/2013\/05\/paseo1.jpeg\"><img decoding=\"async\" looked very empty and many restaurants and shops looked empty or went out of business.
