I booked the Aloft Bogota Airport hotel for $69+ taxes on a BRG (Best Rate Guarantee) rate. I chose the Aloft Bogota because I had a late night flight out of Bogota and didn\u2019t have a place to stay after checking out of the Sheraton at 4pm. The hotel offers a complimentary airport pick up and drop off.<\/p>\n

I took a cab from the Sheraton Bogota to the Aloft which was only ten minute ride.<\/p>\n

The Aloft Bogota has a beautiful lobby that had plenty of seating, pool table, and wxyz bar.<\/p>\n

There\u2019s also a grab and go re:fuel marketplace if you need any snacks and beverages.<\/p>\n

I advised the front desk agent that I was going to check-out on the same day (in 5 hours) and she said that it happens all the time. She also told me the airport shuttle times as well (pictured).<\/p>\n

I went up to the room which was very standard of Aloft hotels. It\u2019s very basic and no frills with a desk, TV, and bed.<\/p>\n

There was a welcome amenity of some chocolate candies and a handwritten note.<\/p>\n

I didn\u2019t sleep at all and practically just used the bathroom and shower.<\/p>\n

I had a short stay at the Aloft Bogota, but I would highly recommend it only if you have a flight the next day. If you\u2019re like me, you can use the hotel as a short layover. There\u2019s absolutely nothing to do around the Aloft Bogotaas it\u2019s surrounded by construction and very shady motels. The nearby restaurants have been closed indefinitely, so I would suggest eating your meals at the hotel.<\/p>\n
