After the conclusion of the Sunday Historic Walking Tour, Jeff (Indulge the Wanderlust) and I wanted to see more of downtown Charleston, South Carolina. There\u2019s so much history and culture that Charleston has to offer including beautiful waterfronts and parks.<\/p>\n

In almost every street corner, you can find hand weaved baskets for sale. Be aware that they are very pricey in historic downtown Charleston.<\/p>\n

There is a huge indoor flea market on Market Street that sells handmade wares, trinkets, and leather goods.<\/p>\n

We walked to White Point Gardens Park where there is a gazebo with a cannon display.<\/p>\n

On Sundays, part of King Street is closed for pedestrian access only. It\u2019s packed with locals and tourists shopping for goods and services.<\/p>\n

There is also plenty of food and entertainment.<\/p>\n

We walked by the United States Custom House near the Waterfront area.<\/p>\n

In the Waterfront area, there are two amazing fountains called the Spider fountain and the Pineapple fountain.<\/p>\n

The next day, we decided to go to the Charleston Harbor for a cruise. You find many pedicab drivers taking you all over downtown Charleston.<\/p>\n

We cruised on the Carolina Belle for an hour and a half and saw cruise ships and amazing sights such as the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge.<\/p>\n
