Cerro de Monserrate is a mountain located in the city center of Bogota, Colombia. To access the top of the mountain for the best views of Bogota, you would need to take a taxi (or bus) to the base of Cerro de Monserrate and take a funicular (or hike).\u00a0This is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Bogota, so be sure to arrive early to beat the crowds. The best day to go is when the weather is clear and not raining.<\/p>\n

The cost is 7,900 Colombian pesos ~ $4.19 USD for a round-trip ticket which gives you access to the funicular (cable car) up the mountain of Cerro de Monserrate.<\/p>\n
