I didn&#8217;t book the hotel using Starpoints from my account because Angelina was trying to help out with some of the hotel costs as well. Though, I wish I had because we ended up not receiving any Platinum benefits since I was not the primary name on the reservation. The hotel was fully committed and the regular rates were an astronomical $400\/night.<\/p>\n<p>The hotel offered free parking, but the parking lot seemed full and it was tough finding a parking spot. We were advised that our room was not ready since the hotel was sold out we wanted to check in early at noon. We were also given two towel coupons in case we wanted to use the pool facilities in the hotel. The caveat is that when you return the towel, the coupon will be given back to you and you must return both cards back during checkout or else additional charges would apply. We originally booked two single beds which we thought\u00a0were two\u00a0separate\u00a0twin beds, but it turned out to be two twins joined together to make a King. The green chair was dirty and had multiple hole punctures. bathroom was spacious with a bathtub and shower area. \u00a0Standard Le Meridien\u00a0toiletries\u00a0were also provided and extra towels were in the bathroom just in case you wanted to go to Dead Sea was a club lounge, but we were not granted access due to Angelina only being a Gold and the hotel refused to offer Platinum amenities to me as a secondary guest staying on the same hotel reservation.<\/p>\n<p>Upon checkout, the hotel removed the multiple wifi charges since we had a ton of devices. I regret not booking this hotel using Starpoints from my account because I feel I would&#8217;ve gotten a better room assigned and possibly used one of my Suite Night Awards.
