There are actually three American Express Centurion Clubs in Mexico City Airport. I\u2019ve previously reviewed the Amex Centurion Lounge in Terminal 1<\/a> and the Amex Centurion Lounge in Terminal 2 here<\/a> and here<\/a>. This is my first time visiting the land-side Amex Centurion Club Lounge in Terminal 1 which is located outside security.<\/p>\n

I was able to access the lounge with my American Express Platinum Card. The Centurion Club Lounges in Mexico City strictly forbid photos being taken, but I was able to get away with snapping a few pictures for the purpose of this review.<\/p>\n

I visited this lounge during Dia de Los Muertos also known as the Mexican Halloween which explains the festive d\u00e9cor.<\/p>\n

The lounge wasn\u2019t relatively crowded and there was plenty of seating available.<\/p>\n

I didn\u2019t see any buffet spreads and I assumed that food items must be ordered off the menu just like in the other two Centurion Club Lounges in the airport. I didn\u2019t spend much time in this lounge but I did see that Platinum cardholders have access to the private cabanas.<\/p>\n

The lounge also features a business center with iPads and also a private conference room.<\/p>\n

There is also a bar area located in the middle of the lounge where you can order complimentary drinks.<\/p>\n
