Downtowns are supposed to be lively and the center of everything. Plaza, there\u2019s a beautiful water fountain along with Dia de Los Muertos displays outside the San Fernando Cathedral.<\/p>\n<p><a to San Antonio Market Square which is basically the old town that is filled with shops and restaurants.
