After getting to know the amazing club level check-in staff at the Sheraton Buenos Aires hotel on the first stay, I decided to see if I could increase my chance at getting a better room. I had just checked out of the Sheraton Libertador where I had been upgraded to the Presidential Suite (review in a later installment). I told one of the club agents that the Sheraton Libertador gave me a Presidential Suite and I said if there were any better suites available. She made a phone call and pleasantly upgraded my classic room to the San Martin Suite which is also known as the Presidential Suite. I was so shocked since I never have this kind of luck anywhere else, a presidential suite two nights in a row at two different properties.<\/p>\n
