Changes in Avianca LifeMiles Award Redemption
Lifemiles sent out an email today notifying members about some small adjustments in their award chart. It is very origin and destination specific so you usually need to use their calculator to find out how many miles it is. Sometimes closer origin/destination pairs require more miles than further pairs mainly because of the demand and load for a given route.
Below is the list of changes, with the addition of how much the old redemption rates are. These rate changes are all coach redemption rates. It is based on availability and as it reduces, rates go up so you need to search specific dates and origin/destination pairs to find out the real award rates.
