American Airlines is offering round-trip flights to Dublin for around $500, departing from several major US cities, in March and April 2016.  I recommend using credit cards similar to the Citi Prestige (3 ThankYou Points per dollar spent on airfare) or the Chase Sapphire Preferred (2 Ultimate Rewards per dollar spent on airfare) to maximize the points that you’ll receive on the flight purchase.  In addition, you should use Orbitz to book the ticket because you’ll receive Orbucks (Orbtiz’s loyalty points) and 24 hours to cancel the ticket.  Sample fare prices are listed below (you can use Google Flights to find the fares):
