benefit to book four nights in the cheapest Hilton Abu Dhabi room, for the price of three nights. \u00a0My <a href=\"https:\/\/walletup.creditcards.com\/app?aid=8ad392a3&amp;bid=52e1beb3bb31f8e4\">American Express Business Platinum card<\/a> comes with Hilton Gold status, which provides free room upgrades at style=\"text-align: center\"><em>The hotel did not look impressive on the outside.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #003366\">Hotel&#8217;s Upgrade Policy<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Prior to checking in, I looked online to verify that Junior King Suites were available. \u00a0I specifically asked the front desk agent if my upgrade would clear into one of those rooms because at least three remained open for the duration of my stay. \u00a0I was informed that base-level rooms were upgraded to the executive floor and executive-floor rooms were upgraded to suites. \u00a0Since I booked a base-level room, I was upgraded to the executive floor. \u00a0Hey it never hurts to ask, right?<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/first2board.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/76\/2017\/02\/DSC03089.jpg\"><img style=\"text-align: center\"><em>My original room was likely in the 719-724 room number range. \u00a0I was upgraded to 707. \u00a0The junior suite was 739. \u00a0It&#8217;s worth noting that the the junior suite faces the Gulf.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #003366\">Executive King Room<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The room itself was nice but nothing special. \u00a0Advertising it as an gulf-view room is a little disingenuous. \u00a0You can only see the gulf when you are seated by the window. \u00a0Room pictures are included below:<\/p>\n<p><a additional 20% room service charge, I would have marched myself to the restaurant downstairs and ate there. \u00a0The pizza and wine tasted amazing, especially after traveling for almost 24
