Book Award Flights on Singapore Airlines for 30% Less

There is an awesome promotion currently from Singapore Airlines that lets you book flights for 30% less. It appears though the redemptions are only available for economy and premium economy seats, but is still a great value if you are looking to head to Asia and beyond.  The bookings must be made on online, and cannot be done through KrisFlyer membership servers, travel agents, etc.  I couldn’t find this promotion available from their U.S. based website, but their charts do indicate SFO, LAX, JFK, IAH to Singapore at just 24,500 miles.  I’m guessing it is possible to book a one way to SIN at the prices.   This could be incredibly useful if you want to book intra-Asia flights to Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, or even Europe, if you have the time.  Some sample flights include Singapore to Langkawi, Bali, Lombok, Kuala Lumpur for 5,250 KrisFlyer Miles.  Other Asian destinations are at 8,750 KrisFlyer miles. Check out the deals from Europe to Singapore, as they are pretty good too!

With so many options now to transfer points into KrisFlyer, this may be a great opportunity for families to fly in premium economy, or even economy for that matter, at an incredible price, for other destinations around Asia, and/or Europe.
