What’s your favorite Hotel/Airline amenity brand?

What’s your favorite hotel or airline amenity brand? Almost every hotel provides you with soap, shampoo and conditioner, at a minimum. If you fly business or first class, the airline provides you with an amenity kit.

W Hotels provide Bliss products, St Regis hotels provide Remede products, Hilton’s provide Peter Thomas Roth products, and so on.

W Hotel Bliss Prodcuts 1

Airlines provide a range of amenities as well. Personally, I really like what United has now on international business and first. They provide Philosophy products with are unscented. I love Philosophy products and I love the fact that they’re unscented even more. I typically never use products on airplanes because I don’t like the scents.

My favorite hotel brand is Remede from the St Regis (some luxury collection hotels carry them too) Philosophy from United. So what’s your favorite? Enter to win a $50 iTunes gift card by commenting below and telling me what you favorite hotel or airline (or both) amenity brand is. Deadline to enter is Sunday November 18th at 5pm ET. Winner will be selected at random. One comment per person, please. Good luck!

  1. Molton Brown. Got it at the Turnbury (Starwood) in Scotland. Thanks for the contest!

  2. I like the Hilton stuff that comes in the green containers and liked AA Kit with Burt’s bees lotion and lip balm

  3. I forget which hotel offers this, but, Pantene shampoo is my favorite amenity brand.

  4. Bliss from the W is my favorite. I like it so much I now buy their giant body bar with the little scrubbers in it!

  5. One time I stayed at a non-major-chain hotel (gasp!) and they had Tommy Bahama toiletries. The scent was “exotic cabana” but I kept misreading it as “exotic cobra”. Something that I, personally, thought would be better. Regardless of the misreading, they were quite nice.

  6. I think I would go with the Bliss products, too! I don’t love the shampoo but everything else is amazing.

  7. Bvlgari Red at MGM SkyLOFTS. I haven’t used it but it smells amazing! It’s also very exclusive…

  8. I meant to say “exotic coral” not “exotic cabana”!

  9. I really like the Peter Thomas Roth products at Hilton. While maybe a bit less glitzy, I like the lime coconut toiletries that Holiday Inn is carrying. It’s nice that they’ve moved away from gum-scented toiletries.

  10. Love the Bliss products from W’s as well as the Aesop stuff from Cathay.

  11. Definitely W Hotels Bliss products, and Jet Airways Lanvin. Turkish sometimes has Lanvin too.

  12. @Adam Personally, I like the concept of exotic cabana

  15. L’Occitane at the Four Seasons too.

  16. The Aesop from Cathay is great

  17. Easily L’Occitane products at the Four Seasons. If you tip the staff well they will really load you up.

  18. I hoard the Bliss Foaming Face wash. It is really one of the reasons I try to stay at the W.

  19. Bliss from W hotel is the best. love the soap bar. very lemony :))))

  20. Love the La Prarie stuff at the newly redone Hotel Bel Air. Too bad I can’t afford to stay there more often!

  21. I too like the Philosophy products. Also,

  22. My wife’s favorite are the La Mer products on LH.

  23. Gotta go Bliss

  24. I am onboard with the Aloft and W Bliss products. Makes coming home to my wife that much better as she loves Bliss and appreciates the travel size options.

  25. Bliss or the Stuff that Westin uses is nice.

  26. Bath and Body Works Orange Ginger at Marriott

  27. BVLGARI from Lan

  28. I take the Davies Gate soap bar which I think comes from Courtyard. My asthma kicks in pretty easy so I like stuff without a strong or perfumed smell.

  29. I think I’m in the minority, but Portico Eucalyptus at Hyatt would be my choice.

  30. I absolutely LOVE Bliss products…. Whenever I see a housekeeping cart at a W, I tip them and they give me a stash of amenities!!

  31. I like the Aveda products at the Hotel Indigo.

  32. bliss products at w

  33. Le Labo “Bergamote 22” at the Park Hyatt

  34. Agree on the Orange Ginger from Marriott

  35. I’ve enjoyed the Elemis both on BA and in a hotel. I also like that some of the Marriott brands are now carrying Paul Mitchell.

  38. L’Occitane products at the Four Seasons and Bliss products from the W’s

  39. We stayed at a B&B on our honeymoon, and they had Gilchrist & Soames products. Wish we saw that brand in more hotels. Lovely!

  40. I like the Aveda products at Renaissance properties, although I just stayed at a Hyatt in what must have been a ‘Respire’ room, as the amenities were all unscented/uncolored, but I don’t know what brand they were (they certainly weren’t Portico).

  41. Bliss products at the W’s for my wife and the L’Occitane at the Four Seasons for me.

  54. Delta used to provide L’Occitane amenities in BE kits and in the lavs and I really liked those.

  55. Drury Inn gives out Pantene Shampoo which is my favorite, Carnival cruises usually gives out nice amenity items. Holiday Inn Express is bad because the shampoo has a poor lid and doesn’t reseal well for travel and all their products smell like cinnamon rolls, really they do.

  56. My favorite bath items are Le Labo Bergamote 22 products at a few of the Park Hyatts (Sydney and DC).

  57. Bvglari White Tea from Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons

  58. L’Occitane at the Four Seasons!
