and publicizing their commitment to the environment and saving the planet (one towel at a time.) \u00a0Many hotels are doing very good things and have changed their practices. \u00a0 It seems to me, however, that almost every single hotel I&#8217;ve visited that promotes &#8220;green&#8221;, especially in the bathroom where they ask you to hangup and reuse towels, forgets about one thing.<\/p>\n<p>When was the last time you walked into a hotel bathroom and saw the box of tissues with a carefully crafted\u00a0tissue flower and thought, oh, I&#8217;ll use those tissues that someone put their hands all over to fold into this beautiful shape. \u00a0Well, I&#8217;ve never had that thought. \u00a0When I see a tissue flower the first thing I do it throw it away.<\/p>\n<p>I use tissues regularly (I&#8217;m allergic to just about every tree and blade of grass) and for applying makeup, etc&#8230;
