i was sad to leave santorini yesterday evening but was excited to be flying back to athens right as the sun was setting. i was not disappointed. the following is a selection of images from my flickr set. i’m sure i broke a couple of rules about having electronics on when i wasn’t supposed to, but shhh. don’t tell.
the details: aegean airlines flight 363, june 2, 2012, seat 6A from santorini (JTR) to athens (ATH), departing at 8:05 PM (scheduled 7:55 PM). the half-hour flight was quite a stunner! images directly from my iphone 4s, no HDR or filters or any sort of processing.
