Taking on the Black & White Photo Challenge

my travel guru, Jen from My Life’s a Trip, nominated me to take part in the B&W Photo Challenge. i wasn’t quite sure of the rules other than i had to post a black and white photo once a day, five days in a row. i took it upon myself, then, to add on some additional limitations: the pictures had to be on my phone, and not something i’d posted to instagram before. (but if i used the photo in a tweet, it was ok.)

this was a bit difficult since i admit to not putting the effort in to the composition and what not if i’m not going to instagram (which i usually know in advance i will do, before taking the picture), so i had to pick the best of the worst, i suppose!

oh, one more caveat, the first picture was, by request, a black burger, in black and white. heh.

i think i was supposed to nominate one person every day to take part, but ehh, that’s not my thing, so i’ll just leave it as an open invitation. if you are inspired to take part, let me know! i’m interested to see what you post! (i don’t think it has to be posted to instagram, it can be to whatever — facebook, flickr, twitter…)

Great pics! Its looks like a fun lil project 🙂

    • thanks! yeah! i enjoyed doing it!!! (though it was nice to have it span a weekend — not something i planned) since i didn’t feel like i had to rush to get something out when i’m busy thinking about work (ugh).
