Cathay Pacific Arrival Lounge Hong Kong
This is a review of Cathay Pacific Arrival Lounge Hong Kong.
When I checked in for my flight to Hong Kong, the agent at Los Angeles provided an invitation to the Arrival Lounge in Hong Kong. You can also access the lounge as an One World Sapphire or Emerald Member.
If you don’t get access to the Cathay Pacific Arrival lounge via your status, there is a Priority Pass lounge across the hall which you can access via using that membership.

The Cathay Pacific Arrival Lounge was a bit out of the way as it is located in between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. There were not many signs indicating where it was located and unless you knew it was there, you probably would miss it.
I’d suggest that Cathay Pacific print the location on the invitation that they hand out so customers know where it is.
I approached the lounge and was greeted by an agent who welcomed me. After I presented my invitation he thanked me and he invited me into the lounge.
The Arrival Lounge consists of a small room with a few couches, a computer station with a few computers as well as a small food buffet at the back.
There was a wall in the middle of the lounge which separated the relaxation area from the dining area.
A small business center was also available.
Shower facilities were available.
The food options consisted of some light snacks, mini sandwiches, sodas and coffee.
A small menu was available for ordering food. I have not hungry thanks to the gourmet meal I had shortly before landing so I did not sample the food during the visit.
I asked the agent at the reception desk about using a shower and he escorted me to an open shower suite. The agent opened the door for me and he thanked me before closing it behind me.
The shower room featured a rain shower with upscale amenities, toilet, small sitting area and vanity.
The water pressure and temperature were good and the shower was refreshing.
The amenities had a pleasant scent.
The shower room was clean and comfortable and the linens were of good quality.
At the vanity, there were additional amenities including a dental kit, shaving kit and a comb. In addition, face wash, lotion and a refreshing spray were available.
After I took the refreshing shower, I approached the desk and the agent thanked me and he wished me a pleasant day.
The Cathay Pacific Arrival Lounge was a small lounge which offered a chance to relax, grab a shower and have a snack before making your way into the city. I can see this as being very beneficial for those traveling into Hong Kong for business. You can shower, change and be prepared for a day of meetings as soon as you arrive.
