In this post, I will cover some of the things I saw in San Pedro Sula within “The Ring” road. This is not to be confused with The Sights and Sounds of Downtown San Pedro Sula which only focused on the Downtown Parque Central area.

When I was walking throughout San Pedro Sula, I saw police drive through up and down the roads, including the small streets. This made it reassuring as a tourist that there is an actual police presence although I can’t say the same when it’s night time.
The smaller streets of San Pedro Sula are typical of a third world country with lack of sidewalks. Buildings are also in disrepair and the grass is not well kept.
There were a lot of street vendors selling jugo de naranja original (real orange juice) and coconut juice from a real coconut.
Small cafes and restaurants are also popular with the locals.
There are shopping plazas and also extended sidewalk shops where the wares are openly displayed.
Puppies were also for sale in a street corner as they were groomed for passers-by in their cars.
There were also churches scattered around San Pedro Sula.
There happens to be a few museums in San Pedro Sula and one of them is the Museo de la Naturaleza.
