Have you ever watched a TV commercial for an airline, hotel, or car rental agency and thought, “I can do better than that.” Well, here’s your chance! To enter this week’s give-away for 20k Starwood Preferred Guest points, come up with a new slogan for any airline, hotel or car rental chain. You will be judged on creativity – but please keep it clean (this blog is PG!)

You may enter (3) three times during this week (Oct 15-21, 2012) but only 1 time per day. Multiple comments on the same day will disqualify you.

Entry: Leave a comment on this blog post. You may enter up to three slogans, but only 1 per day during this promotion period. Multiple comments on the same day will be disqualified. The winner will be selected based upon creativity.

Promotion Period: The week 3 contest runs from October 15th – 21, 2012 and ends at 8pm ET on October 21st. Any entry posted after that period will be disqualified. The entire promotion period for grand prize give-away runs from October 1 at 12:01 am ET through October 28th 2012 at 8:00 pm ET.

Then you see bell captains carrying luggage, hosts bringing dinner to their table, drinks being served by the pool, a sweet loving kiss at sunset – with a hotel staff person in the background, shooing away people to give the couple an intimate moment….then back to a shot of our couple still sleeping, but zooming out the bed is surrounded by smiling hotel staff…the announcer comes on and says: “Dream”….we’ll do the rest.”

    Explanation: A simple yet literal slogan when it comes to Emirates First Class on the A380. Passengers find all the comforts of home with their own private ‘room’ (suite), which has a grand comfy bed, a widescreen TV with an enormous selection of movies and TV shows, restaurant-quality food (that’s saying a lot for airplane food) and don’t forget – the ability to shower in a full-size bathroom to really freshen up after a good night’s sleep.

    that we never really disclose.
    We smile while you see the others and juxtapose,

  100. Delta: TV commercial starts with a passenger seated in an older business class seat that only reclines 150 degrees. Passenger tries to recline but can’t get it to go flat. They try to sleep, but keep tossing and turning unable to get comfortable.

    Voice over comes in and says “sometimes to go up, you have to go down.” Video cuts to new flat bed seating and passenger sleeping soundly. Voice over continues, “Introducing flat bed seating on our transoceanic aircraft. Already standard on our 747s and 777s, we are continuing to improve our product to let you arrive to your destination fully rested to be able to work or explore. And no more waking up your neighbor for that middle of the night bathroom trip as all of our new seats have direct aisle access. Delta Airlines…Keep Climbing.”
