Phoenix Travel Sessions

We’re thrilled to be hosting the 3rd annual Travel Sessions presented by First2Board. This year we’re in Phoenix July 24-26th at the lovely Starwood Luxury Collection, The Phoenician Hotel (6000 East Camelback Road)

This is a great opportunity to get together with 50 avid travelers who share your passion for exploring the world and learning new tips and tricks on how to do it without breaking the bank.  The advantage of this event over other similar events is the size. We limit the group to 50 so that you can meet everyone, share ideas with the entire group and walk away with new friends and resources.

Event Information:

Event Tickets:  There are still 6 tickets available (as of June 22nd) and you can book here:  http://f2bphxsessions.eventbee.com (Tickets are refundable, minus $3 processing fee, until December 31, 2014.  Tickets are fully transferable for no fee until July 20th, 2015.  Ticket includes welcome event on Friday, sessions on Saturday and Sunday and lunch on Saturday. Group dinners are additional but will be planned by event organizers.)

Hotel Rooms: There may still be rooms available at the group rate, please check this link for availability https://www.starwoodmeeting.com/Book/first2board  (deadline to book is Wednesday, July 1st)  The rate for the group is $129 (the resort fee of $29 is waived so you could also look at it as $100 rate + $29 resort fee) either way, it’s a fabulous deal.

Friday, July 24th

• 12pm – 4pm – bloggers workshop (not included in general admission ticket, only included in blogger ticket)
• 5pm – 6:30pm – on your own
• 6:30pm – 8:30pm – group dinner (dinner not included in admission price)
• 9pm – 10pm – Welcome reception – dessert & drinks (location TBD)

Saturday, July 25th

• 8:30 am – 9am – continental breakfast
• 9am – 12pm – morning sessions (coffee & tea (hot & cold) available in the morning)

  • Chasing the Fare, Not the Destination – Caroline, Points Princess
  • It’s the Destination, not the fare (dream destinations) – Stacey (Asia), Simon (Antarctica), Jonk (Nepal, Asia) and more…
• 12pm – 1pm – lunch (included with all tickets)
• 1pm – 4pm – afternoon sessions (coffee & tea)

• Noon – sessions officially end, for those staying on, there will be optional tours available at a minimal cost
