Getting to the Low Cost Carrier Terminal from Kuala Lumpur’s Main Terminal (KLIA to LCCT)

I’d heard that there was a free bus connecting the two which is definitely cheaper than a $10 cab ride, but alas it’s not free. Still cheap, though.

Once you exit baggage claim go downstairs one level and follow the signs to the LCCT bus terminal.

Once there, find the bus that goes to the LCCT. There was no driver but the door was open with people sitting inside. When he appears, brave the gauntlet and pay him your 2.50 ringgit ($0.78). Though a sign on the bus says no change, he is indeed able to make change.

There doesn’t seem to be a set schedule (other than “every 30 minutes”) and it takes about 15-20 minutes to get there, so be sure you have enough connecting time. (Cabs take the same amount of time but at least leave when you need them to.)
