down on Reykjavik’s harbor is this eye-catching building — the Harpa concert hall. it’s worth a stop in to warm up from the cold and erm, use the facilities (clean!).
it’s even better-looking from the inside and there’s quite a bit that’s accessible — and lovely views from the windows.
