There’s only a handful of VIP Lounges at Panama City’s Tocumen International Airport (PTY) and I got a chance to visit two of them and this review will be about the Tocumen Royal Saloon Airport VIP Lounge. One thing I love about Aeropuerto Internacional de Tocumen (Panama City International Airport) is that there’s free fast wireless internet throughout the airport terminal.

The Tocumen Royal Saloon Airport VIP Lounge is the only ‘landside’ lounge at PTY International Airport which means it’s located before security. The lounge is located on the 3rd floor next to ‘Irene’s Boutique’.
I got access to the lounge because the Tocumen Royal Saloon Airport VIP Lounge is part of Priority Pass and members are granted complimentary access. Free Wi-Fi is also available within the confines of the lounge.
This was one of the smallest lounges I’ve ever been to and there was only one other person in the lounge.
There was also a small private room with a TV nestled in the back of the lounge.
Don’t expect much food here as there’s no buffet spread or even a menu of some sort. Instead, the lounge attendant offered me a drink and a snack (chips) which she gathered from behind closed doors.
