An email sent out yesterday from Points.com surprised us with the following information:
US Airways also has another promotion coming again next month! Buy miles from May 3rd until May 25 2014 and get up to a 100% bonus – up to 50,000 miles.
Keep in mind that US Airways not only offers award flights on its oneworld partners, but also still offers award flights on a select group of StarAlliance partners (Aegean Airlines, Air China, Air New Zealand, Avianca, Eva Air, Hawaiian Airlines, Jet Airways, Shenzhen Airlines, Singapore Airlines, South African Airways, TAP Portugal, and Turkish Airlines). Since the offer is for ‘up to’ 50,000 miles, it leads me to believe that this will be another tiered bonus with the 100% being offered for a higher number of miles purchase.
