I received an email from Southwest saying that they have graciously deposited 500 points into my account just because!
Southwest is definitely showing the LUV!
There are so many other reasons I like Southwest.
1) The ability to cancel your ticket before you travel to get full refund of your points or if you purchased a revenue ticket, the a full credit to use on future flights.
2) If your previously purchased ticket is now lower, you can get the difference back as a credit for a future flight.
3) Free checked bags up to 2 bags per person.
4) Awesome flight attendants that have been known to do a Jingle or a comedic take on the required safety demonstrations.
Southwest… I LUV you too!

Hate is such a strong word! I’m not sure how they selected who to send miles to but it sure was a nice gesture.
I just rebooked a ticket today and saved a bunch of points. LUV is in the air!

Oh yeah I forgot to say, I didn’t get that memo.
I go the same note….. who knows why…. but I’ll take it!
I got even better, 1000 RR plus a 20% discount (unique code) for booking on March 31st or later. It’s after the devaluation but I still come out ahead using it.
