If you download or update your BlueBird App on your phone, they have now added an Amex Offers Tab that you can sync your targeted offers with. You can also connect your twitter account with your BlueBird and tweet out offers as well. Here is where you can find Amex Offers on the app:
Click on the little blue bird on the top left hand corner and a menu will pop up. Click on the Amex offers towards the bottom.
It will bring you to another screen where you have the option to add offers or view your history.
I checked on what offers where available to me and they were very minimal but it is a start.
Does not look like it is available yet on the website but hopefully soon.
