Four Points by Sheraton Miami Beach Hotel Review

I booked the Four Points by Sheraton Miami Beach hotel for $137.53+ taxes on a BRG (Best Rate Guarantee) rate. After the Charleston Sessions, I flew out to Miami and spent one night in Miami Beach, Florida. I’ve been to Miami and rented a car many times due to long layovers, but have never stayed overnight, so I thought I’d spend one night this time.

Four Points by Sheraton Miami Beach Hotel Review
The Sights and Sounds of Miami Beach Florida

I rented a car from Miami International Airport and it took 20 minutes to get to the Four Points Miami Beach hotel. Thankfully I found overnight street parking for $4.00 because parking is only valet at the Four Points and it’s quite pricey.

When I stepped into the property, I was blown away by the décor and realized that it was an actual Four Points by Sheraton. The lobby looked like an upscale Sheraton and Westin hotel.

The front desk agent advised me that I was upgraded to a one-bedroom suite using one of my Suite Night Awards. As the Platinum welcome amenity, I chose the local gift, which was a Miami snow globe instead of the usual 250 Starpoints. She also advised me that the hotel chooses two Platinum VIP’s each day and comp them free valet parking. She informed me that I was one of the chosen ones for this benefit and I politely declined since I had already parked it on the street and I was not going to move it because it was pouring rain.

I made a video of my one bedroom suite:

The living room contained a long executive desk, sofa, and coffee table.

Near the entrance of the room, there was also a wet bar area that contained a sink, coffee maker, microwave, and a fridge.

The bedroom contained a King sized bed with an entrance to the bathroom.

The bathroom was not too small and not too large, but contained a jetted Jacuzzi tub.

The best part about the room was the amazing balcony ocean view of Miami Beach. Although the video portrayed rain, it only rained for 30 minutes and cleared right away.
