As you may know, I’m a HUGE fan of social media in the miles and points world. I have over 2,800 Twitter followers, 2,300 Instagram followers, and over 250 videos on YouTube. Here are some of my favorite travel blogging social media platforms:
1. Follow me on Twitter –
I practically live on Twitter and that’s actually the best place to contact me. I usually respond quickly and if I’m not, I’m probably traveling without internet or sleeping. Last year I wrote Why Twitter is Important in the Miles and Points Game and Why The Best Travel Deals Always Break Out via Twitter. Twitter is a MUST HAVE if you’re serious about this hobby.
2. Follow me on Instagram
I absolutely LOVE Instagram because I can share my beautiful pictures when I’m traveling. I’ve shared over 3,800 photos on Instagram and it’s been quite addicting. I’m hooked on Instagram and it’s a great way to connect with like-minded people. As they say, a picture is worth 1,000 words.
3. Subscribe to my YouTube Channel
You may not know that I have a YouTube Channel with over 250 videos. The videos are mostly about my international travels with local cultural experiences. There are also hotel video walkthroughs and interviews with local taxi drivers.
4. Add me on SnapChat – Username: jamucsb
I use SnapChat a lot when I’m traveling to capture moments in real time video. It’s a relatively new social media platform that I’ve been currently obsessed about. I encourage you to download the app for Android and iPhone platform so you can follow my adventures in real time through SnapChat.
