Did your 3 words win? The 10k Starpoints go to….

As we’ve seen, there’s a lot you can say in three words. I said, “I Love SPG”, those were my three words.  I asked readers to describe what travel means to you – in three words.  The prize?  Since I love SPG so much, I decided to give away 10k Starpoints to the grand prize winner.  In addition, I’m also giving away some iTunes gift cards and a Tumi Travel Kit.

There were 127 entries submitted via email and Facebook.  There’s no way I could have picked a winner myself, so I enlisted my family (who were not eligible to enter and who did not know who submitted each photo or set of 3 words.)

Congratulations to all the winners – to claim your prize, please verygoodpoints@gmail.com.  Thanks to everyone who submitted their amazing photos!

And the winners are:

Grand Prize winner of 10k Starpoints – Incredibly Surreal Moments

Winner of the $50 iTunes Gift Card – Smiles Memories Laughs

Winner of a $10 iTunes Gift Card – Facing The Unknown

Winner of a $10 iTunes Gift Card – To Help Others

Winner of a $10 iTunes Gift Card – Travel The World

Winner of the Tumi Travel Kit – Mine Yours Ours

Again, congratulations to everyone and thank you for entering.  To claim your prize, please email verygoodpoints@gmail.com

Here are some of the other amazing photos there were entered (please note, there were over 100 entries and not all of them could be posted here due to space limitations. You may view more photos on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/verygoodpoints)

Where was I during this contest? This could have been my entry if I only I knew >> http://goo.gl/LT3D2 with words “this unforgettable experience” … that’s when my friends and I went to Anawangin Cove, Zambales in the Philippines. We climbed a steep mountain; slightly slippery so we really risked our lives just to get there, it was so hot too, but it was amazing. Going down was more difficult though.
