Call Center Conversations:
Every so often you get a gem when you ring a call center. Yesterday I was on with the US Air call center requesting a flight for December 15th. Here’s how the conversation went:
Me: “I’d like to book a flight on December 15th from Charleston to Las Vegas”
Agent “You’d like a flight on December 15th 2012?”
Me: “Wow, have you invented time travel?”
Agent, “No ma’am, US Air does not have space travel”
The whole conversation was hysterical and in the end, I called back and spoke to someone who was extremely helpful and recognized that it was 2013!
